This program provides:
Education and coaching around sleep habits, environment, and therapy tolerance
Behavioral and lifestyle optimization
Support for adapting to prescribed sleep therapy
This program does not:
Diagnose medical conditions
Prescribe treatment
Adjust CPAP or medical device settings
Replace care from a physician or licensed provider
Clients are encouraged to continue working with their medical providers as needed.

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance.
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited.
Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time.
This policy protects availability and ensures fairness for all clients.

Screening: 1 - 45 min call
Sleep Reset : 1 - 60 min call
Optimize Program: 4 weeks, 4 sessions, 45 min calls
Concierge Program: 6–8 weeks, 6 sessions, 45 min calls
All sessions must be used within the program window. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Payment is due in full prior to the first session, unless a payment plan is offered.
Because coaching time and preparation are reserved in advance, refunds are not provided once services begin.
If an emergency prevents continuation, unused sessions may be credited toward future coaching at discretion.
This policy is standard for professional coaching services.

Between-session support is included only where specified (Optimize: limited, Concierge: priority).
Support is provided during business hours.
This support is for clarification and accountability — not crisis management.

Coaching outcomes depend on participation.
Clients agree to:
Complete the intake honestly
Attend scheduled sessions
Apply agreed-upon recommendations
Communicate openly about challenges
Coaching is collaborative, not passive.

All information shared is kept confidential.
Coaching notes are used only to support your program experience.
Information may be shared with other providers only with client permission.

If you experience:
New or worsening symptoms
Significant daytime sleepiness
Safety concerns (e.g., drowsy driving)
You should contact your medical provider immediately.
