Meet Your Sleep Coach

Hi, I’m Lauren—a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Health Coach helping people finally experience what truly restorative sleep feels like.

You shouldn’t have to feel exhausted to get through your day.

My Story

For years, I’ve worked in the clinical setting treating patients with cardiopulmonary conditions, with a strong focus on sleep-disordered breathing, CPAP therapy, and long-term health outcomes.

Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply sleep impacts every system in the body—from energy and metabolism to mental clarity, mood, and overall quality of life.

But I’ve also seen the gap.

Many people are told they need better sleep… but aren’t given the tools, guidance, or support to actually achieve it.

That’s where I come in.

My Approach

I believe sleep is not just one part of your health—it is the foundation of it.

Whether you’re struggling with poor sleep habits, constant fatigue, or navigating sleep apnea and CPAP therapy, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and create a clear, realistic path forward.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.

Through personalized coaching, we focus on:

• Identifying root causes of poor sleep

• Addressing self-sabotaging sleep habits

• Optimizing your sleep environment and routines

• Supporting CPAP comfort and adherence

• Building sustainable, long-term sleep strategies

My goal is simple: help you feel better, think clearer, and function at your highest level—starting with your sleep.

Why This Work Matters

Sleep affects everything.

I’ve worked with patients who struggled for years with fatigue, brain fog, and declining health—only to see life-changing improvements when their sleep was finally addressed properly.

It’s not just about getting more hours in bed.

It’s about getting quality, restorative sleep that allows your body to recover, regulate, and perform the way it was designed to.

I’m passionate about helping people take control of that—because when sleep improves, everything else starts to follow.
